Forge & Fern Jewelry ships all orders with the protection and security required for fine jewelry. Every piece is packed, documented, and shipped with care to ensure safe arrival.

Processing Time

All in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items and custom designs follow the production timeline provided at checkout.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and insurance requirements.

All shipments include:

• Tracking
• Insurance
• Signature required upon delivery
• Tamper-evident packaging

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Requirements

To protect the value of your jewelry, all deliveries require:

• The recipient to be present
• A verified signature
• Delivery to the original shipping address only

We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received:

  1. Contact us immediately at bvw@forgeandfernjewelry.com

  2. A carrier investigation will be opened

  3. Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve

  4. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the carrier officially approves the claim

We cannot refund or replace items until the investigation is complete.

International Shipping

International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery timelines vary by region and customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

All jewelry is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
